Cancellation within two hours of scheduled appointment/class can be charged, and any partial/full refund is at the discretion of Silk & Steel LLC. Silk & Steel LLC and its instructors reserve the right to manage class attendance and/or end a class before the scheduled time while upholding the studio safety rules and behavior expectations.
